On May 2, 2016, we (Will, Rachel and older sister Hannah) welcomed four beautiful babies into our lives: Audrey, Thomas, Joseph and Charlotte. Born at just 25 weeks and 5 days gestation, these micro-preemies all weighed less than 2lbs. We lost Joseph just 2 days later and spent the next 4 months praying over the other 3 as they developed, struggled, fought and grew at the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and then Stamford Hospital. This blog (the Daily NICU section) was originally a way to keep our friends and family updated on the progress of these tiny miracles. We've been so incredibly blessed by the prayers and support we've received on this journey, and we're planning to transition updates to the normal Blog section (they won't be anything close to daily!) so that you can both continue to pray and be encouraged by the clear answers to your prayers. We marvel at God's grace in bringing us safe thus far. Audrey, Thomas and Charlotte have truly defied all odds.
